File Direct Limited has been providing software for UK Company Incorporations since Companies House introduced this as a Service.
In 2003 Companies House were actively looking at ways to implement an electronic system to replace their outdated paper system and enable companies to be registered more efficiently. After attending the inaugural meeting held at Companies House, Crown Way, Cardiff the founders determined to back the initiative and File Direct Limited was incorporated on 20 November 2003. Specifically we were very much involved with the Companies House planning as we were part of the first committee set up to assist in implementing the new electronic systems. We are very proud to have maintained our relationship with Companies House to this day.
As one of the first to achieve an electronic incorporation we are also proud that we are still one of the most effective, and longest serving service providers and that our formation platform is displayed on the Companies House website as one suitable for the formation of companies, see here, we are listed as LTDONLINE Ltd our company formation portal Brand and Trading Style.
